The VARIO CONNECT makes calf feeding even smarter. The new processor enables a fast and reliable connection to the handheld terminal and associated CalfCloud and app functions.
The optimised fly screen provides reliable protection, while the new light makes the status of the feeder immediately visible. The CONNECT automatic feeder is controlled via the handheld terminal as standard As an option, the app and the 10-inch touch screen display can be used.

INTEGRATED CALF HUSBANDRY WITH CALFCLOUD AND AI
Every CONNECT automatic feeder can be connected to the CalfCloud via LAN free of charge. This means that all relevant data can be accessed from any location – whether via PC, tablet or smartphone. The CalfApp VITAL enables simple, contactless collaboration with vets and advisors. In the event of an alarm, the calf farmer immediately receives a push notification on their smartphone.
The new *CalfCloud Premium version also offers innovative AI-linked voice control: AI-supported assistance that enables intuitive operation via chat or voice control. This allows health findings to be dictated or calf data to be called up in real time – hands-free directly on the animal.

Milk Mobile
The Milk Mobile has been simplifying calf feeding for a long time – available as a standard mixer in 120 litre version and mixer and pasteuriser in available in 200 litre and 300 litre versions.
The new Milk Mobile PRO now makes calf feeding even easier. Three tank sizes 120 litre, 200 litre and 300 litre, round tanks, 4-wheel chassis, cooling option for AMS farms, pasteurisation function, plan-dependent calf feeding with CalfPlan, expandable with the Clean & Fill Station for fully automatic cleaning and filling with water – the new Milk Mobile generation from Förster-Technik saves you a lot of routine work and makes mobile calf feeding more convenient, animal-specific, hygienic and faster than ever before.

UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PERFECT FEEDING
Every Milk Mobile PRO offers unique basic technology. With a water bath heater it is possible to use 6kW (single phase) or 8 kW (3 phase) heater, so that cow’s milk or milk powder/water feed can be heated very quickly and yet evenly and gently. Effective mixing of milk powder or optional gentle stirring of fresh milk at low speed – both are possible with the Milk Mobile PRO.
Unique: The agitator is powered by a battery and can therefore also be activated during feeding for post-mixing.
THEY FEED BEST WITH 4 WHEELS
The working ergonomics have been optimised on the basis of customer surveys. All Milk Mobile PRO models are extremely manoeuvrable and equipped with 4 wheels for safe manoeuvring. The chassis is selected depending on the tank size. The 120 litre model is designed to be pushed for maximum manoeuvrability. The appliances with a tank capacity of 200 litres can be ordered as a pulled or optionally as a pushed version. The large-volume 300 litre model is offered in a pulled version. This combines easy driving with maximum driving stability. An optional puncture-proof wheel set is available for all 4 wheels.
CLEAN & FILL STATION. FULLY AUTOMATIC CLEANING AND WATER FILLING
With the new Clean & Fill Station, cleaning is carried out after feeding fully automatically, reliably and with the best cleaning results. To do so, the Milk Mobile PRO is docked onto the Clean & Fill Station after feeding in just a few simple steps. This takes less than a minute. The automatic cleaning program with detergent or rinsing with water is then started at the touch of a button. An excellent cleaning result is achieved by heating up the cleaning water and precisely dosing the set amount of detergent.
The Milk Mobile PRO is then filled with the required amount of water for the milk powder/water feed and preheated to the desired mixing temperature in good time before the next feed. The only thing left to do to feed is to add and stir the milk powder. After that feeding can begin.
CALFPLAN. INDIVIDUAL FEEDINGS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL AID
For the first time, CalfPlan enables individualised feeding according to an age-dependent feeding plan without the need for additional aids. Age-dependent feeding promotes gradual growth and, in particular, the switch from milk to ruminant digestion.
It improves animal welfare and calf performance. The CalfPlan system is so simple that even temporary staff can provide each animal with the correct amount of feed without any training.
AMS-COOL. NATURAL FRESH MILK PRESERVATION FOR ROBOTIC MILK FARMS
The AMS-Cool option enables fresh milk to be cooled with cold water or by connecting a cooling unit or pump to the Milk Mobile PRO. Cold water flows through an integrated intermediate floor in the water bath, so that even small quantities of fresh milk from individual cows can be cooled.
This makes the Milk Mobile PRO ideal for farms with automatic milking systems where the cows are milked throughout the day. Particularly on hot summer days, the AMS-Cool enables the fresh milk to be cooled quickly and effectively, thus ensuring that calves are provided with high-quality feed.

OPERATION. IT'S THE SETTING THAT COUNTS
Thanks to its compact control unit and 7-segment display, the ECO feeder is very easy and intuitive to operate.
The clear function menu allows the water and milk powder portion sizes to be set separately using direct selection buttons.
The boiler with temperature sensor, electronic heating control and minimum temperature monitoring always ensures the correct feeding temperature. The power of the 3.2kW heater ensures a high mixing capacity.
Complete intermittent mix cycle and heated collar on the mixing flask to keep milk warm, when lambs are not feeding.

SEMI-AUTOMATIC CLEANING KILLS GERMS
Semi-automatic mixer cleaning is efficient and easy to perform. Water at a higher temperature is available at the touch of a button. The open, swivel-mounted mixer flask is easily accessible and enables a quick function check at any time.
The feeding pipes can be flushed through effortlessly using the hotter water in the mixer jar when cleaning. Even longer hoses can be cleaned easily. The fine-pored fly guard for the mixer prevents flies from getting into the mixing flask. The perforated fly screen allows any steam that forms in the mixing flask to escape quickly, preventing condensation from forming.
